There was not much to like about this hotel. I will say that the restaurant staff were very friendly and although they did not have many of the dishes on the menu, the food we did get was very nice and good value for money. The location was good in terms of being near the airport and was the only reason we didn't leave this hotel. There didn't seem to be many other options around so we had to stay put.
On arrival we were greeted by rude, unwelcoming reception staff and made to wait half an hour in the lobby before our room was ready, despite arriving well after the earliest check in time and pre-booking our stay. Our room was the worst we had stayed in during our month long travels, it smelled strongly of urine and the floor had not been swept or mopped. In the bathroom there was used shampoo sachets so it clearly had not been cleaned properly! After notifying reception we were moved to a new room which had at least been swept but was no less grubby. The windows did not shut properly so mosquitoes were able to get in, the bathroom had missing panels in the window and the shower was no more than a trickle of water. If this had not been our last night in India and we did not need to be close to the airport, we would not have stayed, but we were tired from travelling. We stayed in over 20 hotels in our trip and this was the worst and one of the most expensive! Unbelievable.

The young guy on the desk was excellent, The restaurant and breakfast were Ok,. We were only there because it was close to the airport.
We hated all the service charges and taxes they added on to the bill The roof top bar was cool but very dirty. The bathroom had a filthy mirror and the loo did not flush except for the last day

Located close to the airport.
Dirty Room; impolite staff, when I requested toilet paper 3 times at the front desk I was rudely told that it would be delivered to my room in 15 minutes ... it never arrived.

I liked the location close to the airport and the fact that it has a bar on the top floor.
The cleanliness of the room was a bit low, but not more so than other cheaper hotels in the area. The workmanship of the bathroom was poor.

There was no booking made when we arrived and no airport transer. But we got a room. In the description it said "spacious room" but it was very little and bad standard and not at all clean. Very expensive!!!!!

- The placement of the Hotel is very good. - Airport transfer was on time. Value for money was fair for only this Point. - Check in and Check out timings are flexible, if you inform them earlier.
But rest of the things were not ok and I do not recommend this Hotel for any Business Traveler or any foreign Traveler. - Poor organization of the staff. - Money sucking for all the simple services. - Even coffee was not served with the complementary Breakfast and i have to pay additionally for it. - Ordered Taxi for 5:15 PM and got it at 6:45 PM. Had to go out to the ATM at 10:45 PM, as the Staff were not ready to put these costs in the Hotel bill. - There was no chance of Hotel's Internet connection or WLAN. - Blankets and Towels provided were in Horrible condition.

Nothing,
A couple of hours after arriving at the hotel a group of 3 male staff called us to reception, they we adamant that we had to pay Rs 2000 for the room which we were staying in however when checking in we were told all was ok and paid for being as we had booked the room online over 2 weeks before. The conversation escalated into an argument and being as we were 3 young white girls travelling alone, it was gone midnight and by this point we had 7 or 8 males surrounding us we felt very intimidated and uncomfortable. They tried telling us it was procedure for us to pay twice and then the money would be reimbursed into our bank account within the next 48 hours! We asked for some proof and a guarantee which they failed to produce. After many chats with staff, the gm and hotel manager we left to go to our room. 15 minutes later when we were trying to sleep the hotel repeated attempted calling our room phone, being as we had an early flight to catch the next morning we were just trying to sleep. After not answering, 2 male staff then persisted to come to our room door and would not leave until we had opened it to speak with them. Again they told us we had to pay them more money are the previous conversation was repeated. Eventually the men left and we had a very uneasy nights sleep due to worry and stress. Warning: if you are western and/or female do not stay at this hotel.
